Online services of the VISA CENTER - are the online services "Interactive Guide" and "Active Citizen"

Thanks to them, residents of Kryvyi Rih can learn about the services provided by the VISA CENTER, find out about the workload of the offices by day and hour, make an appointment, contact a specialist and learn about the center's new products.

Also, in the survey service "Active Citizen" evaluate the work of the offices, the quality and demand for individual services.

Mobile application

The VISA ASC mobile applications for Android and iOS implement the following functions:

  • Viewing the list of services provided by VISA ASC (regularly exported from document flow)
  • Making an appointment in VISA ASC offices
  • Mobile Visa service
  • Mobile version of the Active Citizen questionnaire (described in more detail below)
  • Mobile version of the site Interactive guide (described in more detail below)
  • The occupancy rate of VISA ASC offices, the function allows you to choose the optimal time to visit the office based on the previous period
  • Feedback
  • And also about the VISA Center, center news and other useful information

Mobile applications are developed using native tools: Android SDK and XCODE.

 
 

Interactive guide to ASN services

The web service helps users determine the procedure for preparing documents for obtaining ASN VISA services, as well as where, when and under what conditions they can be obtained.

The list of services is presented in the form of a convenient interactive guide in which the services are divided into understandable categories and subcategories. The categorizer has a maximum of 2 levels of nesting and it is impossible to get lost in it.

For each service, answers to simple questions are prepared:

  • How to Apply for a Service
  • General information, who can submit documents
  • List of documents required for registration
  • Amount of administrative fee

For each question, there is an answer, either a list of documents or a procedure. For each of them and actions, there are pop-up prompts.

 
 

Active Citizen - Survey Service

The web service is designed to conduct sociological surveys and generate analytics on the further development of the VISA ASC.

Surveys can consist of a practically unlimited number of questions of various types. These can be:

  • Simple answers of the Yes / No type;
  • Radio buttons with the choice of one result from many;
  • Checkboxes with multiple selection of items;
  • Star ratings from 1 to 5;
  • Star ratings from 1 to 10;
  • Wishes (large input field);

Results are viewed in a convenient form in the form of graphs and charts, as well as ratings in the form of stars and percentages. And of course the number of votes and the total number of those who voted.

Results can be viewed by both administrators and regular users. Also available is viewing the results of previous votes. Viewing mode, as well as blocking repeated voting by IP or session are configurable.
