Our company has been servicing the website of the Kryvyi Rih City Council since 2009. During this time, the site has been changed many times and supplemented with new sections, always keeping up with IT trends and legislative projects. We developed the very first software in Ukraine for access to public information. We were the first to develop software for the Public Budget and petitions. The Kryvyi Rih City Council website was one of the first to be adapted for mobile devices and the Kryvyi Rih City Council was the first to have its own mobile application for Android.

The site has a large number of micro-services located on subdomains of the main site, including the Petition Service and the Public Information Access Accounting System and the Open Data Service, as well as the Voting System and the Interactive Guide (these services belong to the VISA Administrative Services Center of the Kryvyi Rih City Council, the portfolio contains links to online services and the VISA ASC Android application).

The Public Information Access Accounting System is a software package developed by our company that provides the general public with access to public information held by public information managers defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information". The system fully complies with the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", and is made in accordance with the methodological manual "Methodological recommendations for the practical implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information" from July 2011.

The system is a service for publishing materials belonging to the category of public information, such as decisions, projects, orders of the head, regulatory acts and other regulatory acts.

The main advantages of the system are flexibility in configuration and intuitive navigation in the hierarchical structure of documents, as well as extensive capabilities for searching and sorting information in a tabular display.

The system can accommodate text, files and scanned copies of documents. Individual characteristic fields are configured for each category of materials. The basic set of fields describing the document is 14 legally mandatory characteristic fields.

Our system integrates perfectly with exports from document management systems, and also has the ability to publish results roll call vote of deputies.

The Open Data Service was created at the request of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 21, 2015 No. 835 “On Approval of the Regulation on Data Sets Subject to Publication in the Form of Open Data”.

The service is designed to provide access to public information in the form of open data and provides access to information from government agencies with the possibility of its subsequent use. The service also exports open data to the single state open data web portal.

The advantages of our service are that data are sent to the state portal when they are sent by the system user himself, and the originals remain in the system on the user's server (there was a case of updating the state system, when all data had to be re-entered because the old data had a different format). Also, our service allows you to flexibly grant access rights to the system, and has a more developed system of internal monitoring of user work.

In the mobile application for Android you will find all the information presented on the official website of the Kryvyi Rih City Council.

The mobile application has convenient navigation and high speed of operation in mobile Internet conditions, automatic authorization in the personal account when entering the application. As well as a unique function of submitting an electronic application with sending photos taken from the smartphone camera, which allows you to capture the object on the photo and send it.

The mobile application was developed using native tools in the Android SDK development environment.

Thanks to the high skill of our photographers and professional panoramic equipment, the quality of the panoramas taken is so high that it allows them to be printed in the format of huge paintings without loss of quality.

Petition Service is a software package that provides city citizens with the ability to create and/or sign petitions electronically for subsequent submission to local government representatives for consideration. The service fully complies with the requirements of new amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals" and the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 577-VIII of July 2, 2015. Authorization in the service is carried out using the BankID system.
