The site is made in a patriotic style and corporate colors of the Dovhyntsivskyi district executive committee. The site also has several information services located on subdomains of the main site, these are the Petitions Service, the Public Information Access Accounting System, and the Open Data Service.

The Public Information Access Accounting System is a software package developed by our company that provides the general public with access to public information held by public information managers defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information". The system fully complies with the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", and is made in accordance with the methodological manual "Methodological recommendations for the practical implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information" from July 2011.

The system is a service for publishing materials belonging to the category of public information, such as decisions, projects, orders of the head, regulatory acts and other regulatory acts.

The main advantages of the system are flexibility in configuration and intuitive navigation in the hierarchical structure of documents, as well as extensive capabilities for searching and sorting information in a tabular display.

The system can accommodate text, files and scanned copies of documents. Individual characteristic fields are configured for each category of materials. The basic set of fields describing the document is 14 legally mandatory characteristic fields.

Our system integrates perfectly with exports from document management systems, and also has the ability to publish results roll call vote of deputies.

The Open Data Service was created at the request of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 21, 2015 No. 835 “On Approval of the Regulation on Data Sets Subject to Publication in the Form of Open Data”.

The service is designed to provide access to public information in the form of open data and provides access to information from government agencies with the possibility of its subsequent use. The service also exports open data to the single state open data web portal.

The advantages of our service are that data are sent to the state portal when they are sent by the system user himself, and the originals remain in the system on the user's server (there was a case of updating the state system, when all data had to be re-entered because the old data had a different format). Also, our service allows you to flexibly grant access rights to the system, and has a more developed system of internal monitoring of user work.

The mobile application paired with a web server in a closed local area network allows deputies to vote at sessional meetings of the executive committee and district council from their smartphones.

Voting results are stored in a local database, from where they can be exported to the Public Information Access Accounting System, with which the Rada-Holos voting system works in tandem on the principle of data export-import.

First, draft decisions are created in the Public Information Access Accounting System, then exported to the Rada-Holos closed web server via an export file, and after voting, the results of the roll-call vote are exported to the Public Information Access Accounting System.

The mobile application was developed using native tools in the Android SDK development environment.
